Banquet Hall Reservations

  • A date may be put on hold for one week.
  • A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to guarantee your due.
  • Another $500 is due one year from your date. (If date is booked less than one year in advance, $1000 is due upon signing of contract.) Final deposit will be applied to final invoice at the end of the event.
  • Events may be booked anytime from 9:00 am to 12:00 midnight for a 7-hour event. A group may wish to extend the event for a $150 per hour staff and facility charge.
There is no charge for the hall itself when you meet our food and beverage minimums. If the event falls short of the minimums, the booking is still welcome. However, a hall rental fee of the difference between the total expenditures and the event minimum requirements will be included on the final invoice.

  • April-October: Fridays $2500, Saturdays $3900, Sundays $1000, Holiday Sundays $1500
  • November-March: Fridays $1000, Saturdays $1500, Sundays $750
  • Monday-Thursday year round: $500 daytime event or $750 evening event
On-Site Weddings
  • Weddings may be indoors or outdoors with seating up to 200.
  • Wedding ceremonies are usually scheduled at 4 pm or later for a smooth event.
  • Rehearsals may be scheduled anytime after 9 am on the event day. (Sorry, the night before is not an option, unless the hall is booked within the minimum requirements.)
  • A final count of guests is due one week prior to the event. If Pettibone Resort is not contacted with this number, the final count will automatically be the pre-determined number written on the contract on the day of signing.
